Stephanie Lum, MBA

After 15 years in operations at CLS, Stephanie pivoted to a new role in financial planning and client services.  As an Associate Advisor, she wholeheartedly enjoys the opportunity to help clients navigate the complexities of financial planning as they strive to realize their financial goals. In 2024, Stephanie passed the Series 65 exam and she became an investment advisor for CLS in 2025.

Stephanie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. A few years later, she obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a concentration in marketing and finance. She spent the first part of her career in the biotechnology industry in the development of biopharmaceuticals and medical devices.

After living in California for over twenty years, Stephanie returned to the Portland area with her family. Stephanie has served on executive committees of several non-profits over the years and is currently the Treasurer of Reading Results, an early intervention reading program. In her free time, she enjoys running, knitting and finding delicious food in the Portland metro area.
